Professional Women in Pest Management (PWIPM) is dedicated to creating meaningful opportunities for women in the pest control industry to connect, grow, and lead. Through a variety of educational, networking, and community-focused events, PWIPM fosters an environment where women can share experiences, build professional relationships, and support one another across all roles in the industry.
PWIPM hosts and participates in events throughout the year—including its annual 5K run, creative and social gatherings like the Wine & Design floral event, collaborative industry events such as the annual Golf Tournament, and informal networking opportunities like the Java Jive meeting. Each event is thoughtfully designed to strengthen connections, encourage professional development, and promote visibility for women in pest management.
By bringing women together in both professional and social settings, PWIPM helps cultivate confidence, leadership, and a strong sense of community—ensuring women in pest management feel supported, engaged, and empowered within the industry.
If you're a woman working in pest management, we strongly encourage you to get involved with our local CT PWIPM Chapter! Please email
