The  Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA) is a non-profit trade organization dedicated to supporting, educating, and advocating for licensed pest management professionals throughout the state of Connecticut.

Our members include independently owned companies, regional operators, and industry partners who are committed to protecting public health, property, and the environment through responsible, science-based pest management. CTPCA serves as a unified voice for the industry, working closely with regulators, legislators, and allied organizations to promote fair, practical, and effective policies.


Education is at the core of our mission. We provide high-quality training, continuing education opportunities, and industry resources to help our members stay informed, compliant, and competitive in a constantly evolving regulatory and technical landscape.

Our Mission Statement

The Connecticut Pest Control Association's Mission is to provide its members with current information of the pest control industry so they may maintain the highest level of quality service and knowledge. This includes legislative issues, training, education and all aspects of the industry that impacts pest control companies in the state of Connecticut.

CTPCA Through The Years...

 The Connecticut Pest Control Association (CTPCA) is a longstanding nonprofit trade association dedicated to supporting pest management professionals throughout Connecticut. The organization was established in 1939, with its earliest meetings held at the Connecticut Agricultural Experiment Station in New Haven, where industry leaders first came together to share knowledge and advance pest control practices. Since its founding, CTPCA has been instrumental in providing training programs, continuing education (CEUs), business resources, and legislative advocacy for pest control operators across the state. Today, its annual fall seminar and other events continue to draw professionals not only from Connecticut, but also neighboring states.
